WAIVER: By submitting your registration for Scrap Pink 2009, you agree to accept the Scrappin’ In The Streetcar terms as follows: I agree to not hold, Scrappin’ In The Streetcar, Scrap Pink 2009’s Site, Scrap Pink team members, its sponsors, its principals, and its affiliates, responsible or liable of any harm or damage which may occur at Scrap Pink 2009. I confirm that all information provided herein is true and accurate, and I agree to all event policies. I hereby release Scrap Pink 2009, it’s sponsors, it’s affiliates, and members from any and all liability, claims, lawsuits, damages, losses, costs, and expenses of any kind which may arise out of or result from my attendance at Scrap Pink 2009, whether or not foreseeable, including without limitation, personal injuries to me or my invitees. No one under the age of 14 may attend. Anyone under the age of 18 who registers must be accompanied by a registered adult the entire time. All attendees shall understand that as an event participant, their photo may be taken at Scrap Pink 2009 and that such photos may be used in future publicity endeavors. By registering for Scrap Pink 2009, you indicate that you have reviewed this and other event policies and that you give your consent for use of these photos in any future Scrap Pink or Scrappin’ In The Streetcar promotional material and/or publicity campaigns.. Scrap Pink 2009 reserves the right to cancel an event due to unforeseen circumstances and is not responsible for any associated costs (such as travel) incurred by registrants. In cases of cancellation by Scrap Pink 2009, refunds will be issued promptly.
